Local Area
Willen has lots to do, Willen Lake is one of the largest lakes in Milton Keynes and has excellent bird viewing facility’s – along with a huge play area and ferris wheel available all year round. You also now have a splash park based near the lake as well as a aqua park directly on the lake! Not to mention Milton Keynes Peace Pagoda built in 1980. Gullivers land and gullivers dinosaur and farm park is also just over the road from Willen Lake. Multiply restaurants to visit along with great views and lots of activities for each family member.
Transport
Willen is situated within easy reach of the A5 and the M1 motorway. Milton Keynes main line train station which is only a 10 minute drive. – Wolverton train station is also a 9 minutes and Bletchley train station is a 15 minute drive. Willen also has bus links running through out the estate with regular stops to popular destinations.

Willen Primary School is the only primary school in willen with the ofsted inspection being rated as “good” in May 2023 – The closest secondary school is Oakgrove school.
