Mohammed is the director of Aztec which he established in 2004. With his passion for property and people, he has grown the company successfully to become a leading independent agency in Milton Keynes. He has completed the NFOPP qualifications and is an accredited member of Property Mark ARLA. He is involved with many aspects of the operational services provided by the firm including property sales, Landlord and Tenancy advice, rent payments, compliance and valuations. He enjoys utilising his knowledge and experience to support clients with their property needs.

Mohammed is a loving family man with three beautiful children who keep him and his wife Zainab busy, so time is precious. However, being a keen enthusiast of health and fitness he still makes time to go to the gym and has recently taken up cycling. Also likes hiking and has most recently enjoyed climbing Mount Snowdon. Being born and bred in Milton Keynes he has seen the city develop and is very familiar with the location.

Kemi is an experienced Senior Property Manager, responsible for leading and managing the property management team. He sets the team’s priorities, work schedules, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards. Kemi oversees routine and check-out inspections, maintenance tasks, negotiations and disputes. He is able to identify issues quickly, think critically, and develop solutions to overcome challenges. Kemi also manages the team to ensure that all aspects of property management run efficiently and to the highest standards, meeting the needs of our landlords and tenants.

When Kemi’s not working, he enjoys playing the keyboard and guitar, staying active in sports, and participating in community programs to alleviate poverty. Also loves to travel, try new restaurants, and help others achieve their dreams, whist building meaningful connections with like-minded people.

Daniels expertise is in property valuations, having a deep understanding of the housing market in Milton Keynes combined with staying in tune with the latest changes, he can provide accurate valuations for Sales and Lettings. Also involved with property negotiations, Daniel works closely with his clients and ensures they are all happy with the result.

Being a keen enthusiast of health and fitness Daniel enjoys a variety sports activity. In his spare time, he likes to test his IQ level with mind games, reading books, and learning new skills. Always keen to put a smile on a person’s face and make the world a better place.

She excels in customer service ensuring to provide excellent communications with her clients. She loves helping people find their dream home and assisting them throughout their property journey.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling to new places, and experimenting with new recipes. A passionate reader and cinema-goer, Karishma is always eager to explore new books and films. She also loves spending time with her dog. Karishma believes in continuous learning and personal growth, both professionally and in her personal life’.

Raj is a dedicated Property Manager with a passion for managing properties that provide comfortable living spaces for tenants and ensuring their stay is enjoyable. He expertly manages property inspections, follow-ups, and maintenance tasks, ensuring that properties are consistently well-maintained. With a hands-on approach, Raj ensures every aspect of property upkeep runs seamlessly, delivering outstanding service to both landlords and tenants. His commitment to making tenants feel at home, combined with his diligence, hard work, and reliability, ensures he consistently delivers exceptional service to all.

Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through badminton and cycling. A passionate Arsenal fan, Raj loves watching their matches. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and has a keen interest in cars

Zainab’s role in the firm is dedicated to finalising Tenancy Renewal agreements. With her meticulous eye for detail, she ensures that all the details of Tenancy agreements are in order and that compliance is met at every stage of the process.

She is also a qualified Optometrist who has enjoyed conducting eye health checks for many years. Zainab loves creating and cherishing special moments with her children. In her spare time, Zainb enjoys reading, strength training, Pilates and going for long walks around the countryside. She loves travelling and experiencing new cultures around the world, experimenting with different flavours whilst baking and going to theatre shows in the West End with her family and friends.
